We are fully PCI DSS compliant & when shopping with Priory Quay we will need to collect information from you - including your name, email address, delivery and invoice address and payment details. To ensure this information remains confidential our website uses the latest ‘Secure Sockets Level’ encryption. This is the most advanced technology currently available online and ensures that all data transmitted between your computer and our servers remains inaccessible to others (you can see when this technology is being used because a small locked-padlock symbol appears in the status bar of your web browser).

We only use reputable 3d Secure PCI-DSS level 1 security, third-party banking organisations to handle our payment card transactions. However, these organisations are only given the information they need to verify and authorise your payment for us to process your order. These organisations are also under a strict obligation and code of practice to keep your information private and confidential. We do not store credit/debit card information nor do we share customer’s details with any third parties other than those we use to fulfil our service to you.
Please allow additional 3-5 days delivery for fund clearance if paying by cheque.
